- Cut your bread into cubes
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt
- Add the milk and cream, whisking until smooth
- Place the bread cubes in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Pour the custard mixture evenly over the bread
- Let the bread pudding sit for about 20–30 minutes
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Bake for 45–50 minutes
- Let the bread pudding cool for about 10 minutes before serving
